The Principal Officer is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for ensuring seamless compliance with AML/CFT regulations across all cryptocurrency and digital asset activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as the official Principal Officer and single point of contact with FIU-IND, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for filing all required STRs (Suspicious Transaction Reports), CTRs (Cash Transaction Reports), NTRs (Non-Profit Organization Transactions Reports), and other relevant reports in a timely manner.
  • This position involves developing and overseeing comprehensive AML/CFT frameworks tailored to digital asset transactions, staying up-to-date with emerging regulatory guidelines and directives.
  • Additionally, the Principal Officer will monitor blockchain transactions for potential money laundering/terrorist financing risks, implementing on-chain and off-chain monitoring systems utilizing blockchain analytics tools.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of PMLA, 2002, and FIU-IND directives, ensuring compliance with these regulations and providing training to employees and management on AML/CFT obligations in the VDA space.
  • Periodic compliance reports will be prepared for the Board and regulators, requiring meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
