Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced counsellor to join our team. As a senior counsellor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students who are interested in studying abroad.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • \
  • Shortlisting universities based on course, rankings, specialization, location preference, and financial ability of the student/parent\
  • Providing impartial and honest advice to students on studying abroad\
  • Developing and maintaining good relationships with students and parents\
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills\
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills\
  • Prior experience in counseling students is essential\
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM\
  • Delivering talks/presentations on behalf of the company in webinars/seminars and virtual counselling to students via Zoom and Google meet\
  • Providing students with accurate and clear information and answering all inquiries from students\
  • Flexibility to work adjusted hours to suit the needs of the company

About You:

We are looking for someone who has a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to provide clear and concise advice to students.

You will need to have prior experience in counselling students and be familiar with the study abroad sector. Proficiency in MS Office and good typing skills are also essential.
