Job Summary

MRCC Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bench Sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for marketing bench consultants in various IT technologies, negotiating with vendors and clients, and maintaining long-term relationships with consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle consultants' concerns, issues, visa extensions, and salaries.
  • Maintain very long-term relationships with consultants.
  • Closing bench and virtual bench consultants.
  • Knowledge and experience in handling candidates for all in-demand technologies and all modules.
  • Thorough understanding of candidate profiles and knowledge of their preferences before starting the marketing process.
  • Extensive use of various job posting sites like Dice, Monster, Google groups, and LinkedIn to fetch requirements for given candidates.
  • Generating reports and records of all submissions from time to time for tracking.
  • Keeping track of consultants' contract positions with clients and placing their resumes for marketing at least a month before their project end date.
  • Arranging all documents for consultants as required for legal stay in the US.
  • Identifying business opportunities through consultants at clients' locations.
  • Coordinating with consultants in fetching requirements from clients to work on Corp-Corp.
  • Adding new H1s to the company payrolls through referrals and job portals.

Requirements

  • Graduate with at least 2+ years of experience as IT Sales/Bench Sales/BDM in US IT Staffing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in marketing bench consultants in various IT technologies.
  • Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends is a plus.
  • Well-exposed to US legal compliances.
