Job Title: Senior Scientist - Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scientist to join our team in the area of Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing DMPK studies to support antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and monoclonal antibody (mAb) programs from discovery through IND-enabling stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute DMPK studies to support ADC and mAb programs
  • Develop and implement innovative techniques for function-based identification and selection of ADC and mAb lead candidates
  • Interpret complex DMPK data and provide actionable insights to cross-functional project teams
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to address ADC-related challenges and deliver integrated solutions from target validation to IND submission
  • Author and review SOPs, study protocols, reports, and regulatory documentation to support both GLP and non-GLP studies

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. or M.Sc. degree in a relevant field such as pharmacology, pharmaceutical chemistry, biochemistry, or a related discipline
  • 12-15 years of experience in DMPK, with a strong focus on ADC and mAb development
  • Expertise in advanced bioinformatics tools such as BioPharma Finder, MaxQuant, Spectronaut, and other relevant analytical software
  • Strong foundational knowledge of DMPK principles, including PK/PD, toxicology, and translational sciences
