We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a B.Com (Accounting/Finance) minimum qualification and M.Com or specialization in Finance/Accounts preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and verifying financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyzing financial data and providing insights to support business decisions.
  • Developing and implementing financial models and forecasts.
  • Providing guidance on tax laws, GST, and statutory compliance.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budget reports and variance analyses.
  • Conducting research and staying up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulatory requirements.

Key Qualifications:

  • B.Com (Accounting/Finance) minimum qualification.
  • M.Com or specialization in Finance/Accounts preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Taxation, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:">

  • Prepare and verify Purchase & Sales Bills, matching with POs, invoices, and supplementary bills.
  • Manage cash control, voucher preparation, and daily transaction entries in accounting books/ERP.
  • Oversee creditors management and vendor payments via NEFT/RTGS.
  • Liaise with bankers for daily operations and handle LC documentation.
  • Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
  • Compute salary & wages, maintain Salary and Attendance Registers.
  • Prepare monthly stock statements for banks (Cash Credit facility).
  • Assist in finalizing accounts (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
  • Draft official letters related to accounts and statutory matters.
  • Prepare MIS reports for management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.Com (Accounting/Finance) minimum qualification required.
  • M.Com or specialization in Finance/Accounts preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Taxation, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems necessary.
