Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager with experience in design or digital consulting environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong stakeholder management, financial coordination, and project oversight capabilities across global teams.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project & Stakeholder Management
    • Manage end-to-end project coordination and client communications across geographies.
    • Handle interview scheduling, demand fulfillment, and onboarding activities.
    • Ensure timely account setup and training compliance tracking for new hires.
    • Maintain clear, well-organized project documentation and reports.
  • Financial & Operational Oversight
    • Lead weekly forecasting and revenue meetings in collaboration with Business Unit Finance.
    • Consolidate and track revenue forecasts across multiple client accounts.
    • Provide monthly billing inputs, validate invoices, and coordinate Full-Time Equivalent billing updates related to employee transitions.
    • Understand and support finance, procurement, and hiring processes.
