Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative L&D programs tailored to diverse employee needs. They will conduct learning needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities, develop and implement HR policies that support learning and growth, provide business advice and insights to align learning with strategic goals, build personal capability frameworks to support career progression, manage and analyze HR data to measure learning impact and effectiveness, and present training using engaging formats such as role plays, simulations, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, a strong background in program design, delivery, and policy development, proficiency in multimedia education tools, and an understanding of policy and regulation in HR and training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Deliver Innovative Programs: Develop and deliver engaging L&D programs that meet the diverse needs of employees.
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis: Identify skill gaps and development opportunities through thorough analysis and research.
- Develop and Implement HR Policies: Create and implement policies that support learning and growth, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide Business Advice and Insights: Offer expert advice and insights to align learning with strategic goals and objectives.
- Build Personal Capability Frameworks: Develop personalized plans to support career progression and professional growth.
- Manage and Analyze HR Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to measure learning impact and effectiveness.
- Presentation of Training: Present training sessions using a variety of formats, including role plays, simulations, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
- Evaluation of Delivery Modes: Assess and optimize delivery modes, such as in-person versus virtual, to maximize cost and impact.
- Monitoring of Training Budgets: Track and manage training budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6+ Years of Experience in Learning & Development: Proven track record of designing and delivering successful L&D programs.
- Strong Background in Program Design, Delivery, and Policy Development: Extensive knowledge and experience in creating and implementing policies and procedures that support learning and growth.
- Proficiency in Multimedia Education Tools: Skilled in using multimedia education tools to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Understanding of Policy and Regulation in HR and Training: Familiarity with policies and regulations related to HR and training, and ability to navigate complex compliance issues.
