Job Title: Assistant Manager, Internal Audit

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Internal Audit. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading internal audits and ensuring the effectiveness of our internal control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough financial reviews of projects supported by the organization to ensure proper fund utilization
• Plan, execute, and coordinate internal audits across the head office and associate organizations
• Collaborate with external auditors to finalize internal audit reports
• Identify areas of improvement and implement process changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Maintain accurate records and MIS of open audit paras
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
• Provide guidance and support to teams as needed

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in internal/ statutory audit
• Strong knowledge of auditing and accounting standards
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
