We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Risk Manager to lead our Governance, Risk and Compliance program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing EGRC programs, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead risk assessments and profiling for business units and operational activities
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and adapt risk management practices accordingly
  • Ensure policies/processes are designed to comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand processes and facilitate documentation of controls
  • Provide oversight and challenge business units on risk management practices.
  • Carry out risk aggregation exercise to provide unified view of risk
  • Promote the use of advanced technologies and data analytics in risk management
  • Act as a key point of contact for risk-related matters pertaining to business and operations

The selected candidate will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of the Governance, Risk and Compliance program within our organization. They will support review of risk and controls, which entail comprehensive coverage of risk universe at activity level and assess adequacy of controls to mitigate risk of operational & technology failures and regulatory noncompliance.

They will also participate in the design of registers/templates and workflows in the GRC tool, with a primary objective to provide a unified view of risk at the entity level.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in implementing EGRC programs
  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to analyze complex risk scenarios and develop effective mitigation strategies
  • Proficiency in using advanced technologies and data analytics in risk management
