Full Stack Engineering Lead

We seek an experienced engineering leader to oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting aggressive deadlines.

  • Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement among team members.
  • Tech Expertise: Provide deep technical expertise in NodeJS, React, and Vue.js. Hands-on experience with NodeJS is a must.
  • AWS Proficiency: Utilize the AWS ecosystem (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, SNS, S3, etc.) to build and deploy scalable applications.
  • Design Patterns: Apply a thorough understanding of design patterns to develop robust and maintainable solutions.
  • Test Automation and CI/CD: Integrate test automation into the development process and manage CI/CD pipelines.
  • Database Skills: Demonstrate strong SQL development skills, including writing fine-tuned queries, stored procedures, and designing normalized databases.

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills who can approach problems with an initiative-seeking mindset and demonstrate personal ownership of problem resolution.

The ideal candidate will exhibit an ardent desire to explore and learn emerging interactive technologies.

Responsibilities
  1. Architectural Leadership: Design solutions based on project requirements, ensuring alignment with modern standards and best practices.
  2. Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical expertise in NodeJS, React, and Vue.js. Hands-on experience with NodeJS is a must.

  5. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  6. Design Patterns: Apply a thorough understanding of design patterns to develop robust and maintainable solutions.
  7. Test Automation and CI/CD: Integrate test automation into the development process and manage CI/CD pipelines.
  8. Database Skills: Demonstrate strong SQL development skills, including writing fine-tuned queries, stored procedures, and designing normalized databases.
  9. NoSQL Datastores: Work with NoSQL datastores (e.g., MongoDB, Elastic Search) and KV storage engines (e.g., Redis, DynamoDB).
  10. Full Stack Development: Engage in full-stack development across databases, front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), back-end technologies (NodeJS, Python, Scala), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
