Job Description

As a seasoned full-stack developer, you will lead the architecture and scaling of our web platforms. You will oversee the development of secure and scalable web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.

You will also be responsible for architecting and optimizing MongoDB schemas, queries, and indexes for performance. Additionally, you will own the deployment pipeline (CI/CD), cloud setup, and server scaling strategy.

In this role, you will implement best practices in security, including authentication, authorization, rate limiting, and data protection. You will also mentor and review the work of junior developers to maintain code quality.

Furthermore, you will troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure high uptime by monitoring, logging, and alerting. You will integrate with third-party APIs and document processes to create handover guides and establish technical SOPs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience in full-stack development
  • Strong proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, Express, TypeScript
  • Expertise in MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines)
  • Experience with cloud hosting & DevOps (AWS, GCP, or VPS setups, Docker, CI/CD)
  • Hands-on knowledge of security audits, scaling strategies, and API optimization
  • Ability to mentor developers and enforce coding standards
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills
