Program Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Coordinator to oversee the implementation of our Life Skills Programs at schools across Hyderabad.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of programs, maintaining timelines and milestones, and building strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.

  • Program Development:
    • Collaborate closely with content teams to ensure program quality and participate in strategy and planning of multiple offerings.
    • Support in marketing and operations strategies and roll outs.
  • Program Implementation:
    • Maintain implementation timelines and milestones.
    • Ensure successful implementation by taking essential decisions and actions as required for smooth delivery of the program at assigned schools.
  • School Collaboration:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.
    • Conduct needs assessments and feedback from the schoolteachers and management.
  • Program Delivery:
    • Program roll out at schools (especially high school programs) in order to ensure smooth delivery of the program.
    • Conduct classes for students as and when required.
  • Teacher Support:
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers in delivering the programs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development:
    • Work closely with content team to ensure quality of the program.
    • Day to day involvement with the content team and actively participate in content quality and ensure program readiness to go to the market.
  • Program Implementation:
    • Maintain implementation timelines and milestones.
    • Ensure successful implementation by taking essential decisions and actions as required for smooth delivery of the program at assigned schools.
  • Teacher Support:
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers in delivering the programs effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in coordinating, training and implementing educational programs in schools.
  • Willingness to travel to assigned schools for program implementation and support activities.
  • 2-5 years of experience in education, program management, or a relevant field.
