Project Manager

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team full-time.

  • Drive project timelines and streamline processes to meet deadlines.
  • Manage inspections to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Oversee logistics and coordination of project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement solutions.
  • Provide leadership, accountability, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in project management and expediting.
  • Strong background in inspection and logistics management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Planning and Executing projects from start to finish.
  • Managing cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales teams.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements.
  • Creating and managing project budgets.
  • Leading project meetings and reporting progress to senior management.
