Beauty Industry Customer Support Representative

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across various channels.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through clear and empathetic communication
- Recommend and assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs
- Resolve pre- and post-sale issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage multiple chat, call, and social media messages efficiently
- Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic team that values creativity and innovation
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Interest in the beauty and cosmetics industry
- Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Outlook
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Minimum undergraduate degree (BSc, BCom, etc.)
- 0-1 year of customer service experience preferred
