Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineering Expert to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a data engineer with strong technical skills and experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale data systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, data warehousing, and data lakes.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions that meet business requirements. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining data systems, creating efficient ETL processes, and applying expertise in data transformation using Azure Data Factory.

You will also be responsible for defining service level agreements (SLAs) for owned areas and working closely with stakeholders to understand their data requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply expertise in designing, creating, managing, and analyzing large datasets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with data transformation using Azure Data Factory.
  • Familiarity with Spark and Azure Databricks.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and communicate complex data insights effectively.
  • Strong data presentation skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, PySpark, or JavaScript.
