We are seeking a Project Implementation Specialist to coordinate our quality support initiatives.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the Quality Support Program across assigned states. This includes optimizing school infrastructure, improving facilities, and enhancing overall academic performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Planning and Execution
  • School Infrastructure Optimization and Improvement
  • Critical Process Activation in Schools, Including Sports, Assembly, Schedule, Library, SDP, Student Committees, Forum, Teacher Professional Development, and Other Student-Centred Activities and Events
  • Supporting the Formulation of Annual Operating Plans and Providing Monthly Budget Projections
  • Academic Mentor/Trainer Recruitment in Consultation with HR
  • Nurturing Long-Term Partnerships with Stakeholders

The ideal candidate should possess experience in education program implementation and hold a degree in MSW, MBA, or Post Graduate in Rural Development. We require a skilled and dedicated individual who can ensure seamless academic and co-scholastic operations in schools.
