Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs.

  2. Briefing and Analysis: Analyze the data collected during market research and create comprehensive briefs for senior management.

  3. Presentation and Pitch: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to senior executives, highlighting the value proposition of our solutions.

  4. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts with clients and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including financial management, marketing, and sales.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with relevant software applications, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sales or Business Development: Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

  • PLM Tool Expertise: Hands-on experience with PLM tools, such as Windchill, Team Center, SAP PLM, Enovia, etc.

  • Project Management Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
