High Converting Google Ads Specialist

We're seeking a results-driven Google Ads specialist to lead our high-converting campaigns and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Scale Google Ads campaigns to achieve maximum ROI, focusing on conversion, lead generation, or app installs.
- Develop and implement full-funnel ad strategies, leveraging search, display, YouTube, and Performance Max channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-performance campaigns that meet client goals.
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Google Ads Dashboard, and Looker Studio, providing actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- 5+ years of experience managing Google Ads with budgets $20K/month or more.
- Deep knowledge of keyword research, campaign segmentation, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Experience in conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and offline conversion imports.
- Strong analytical skills: translate data into clear actions that boost ROI.
- 7% commission on total ad spend + performance bonuses (based on ROAS, CPL, CPA).
