Design and Develop Engaging Learning Experiences

McDonald's has an exciting opportunity for a role that requires creativity, innovation, and collaboration. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in building engaging and immersive learning experiences that drive behavior change across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop High-Quality Learning Assets: Create multimedia content for learning & development programs using various tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with designers, marketers, and communications colleagues throughout all phases of project development.
  • Design Interactive Content: Develop interactive graphics, videos, gifs, animations, and other visual assets for L&D programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all graphics and visuals adhere to McDonald's branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all materials.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: Bachelor of Arts – in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics or equivalent field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Premier, InDesign, Acrobat, XD.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to write well and communicate effectively across all layers of the organization.
