Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our projects in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, excellent analytical skills, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage software/application development projects in an agile environment
  • Define project scope and objectives and ensure alignment of business goals with technical requirements
  • Assess resources needed for software development and optimize their utilization
  • Estimate effort required to complete the project and guide teams technically in overcoming obstacles or roadblocks
  • Ensure risks are managed effectively and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
  • Utilize project management tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, and others to track progress and assign tasks
  • Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Continuously monitor progress and make adjustments to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of project management and related experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Agile certification is preferred
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
