Job Title: AI Project Lead

Lead the Full Lifecycle of Projects

A successful AI Technical Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of projects for different AI products within our team portfolio using Agile methodologies.

We are seeking a skilled professional to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery while collaborating closely with engineering teams to understand technical issues and contribute to solution design.

The ideal candidate will proactively track project progress, identify and manage risks, and provide clear and concise status reports to stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field required.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on analytics and AI-related projects, preferably in an Agile development environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or any IT service ticket management system, including queue management and issue resolution, is a plus.
