System Administrator Role Overview

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced System Administrator to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of complex systems, identifying potential issues, and providing expert technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage system data for clients, providing day-to-day solutions and ensuring security compliance
  • Oversee a queue of assignments and work with technicians to prioritize tickets and deliver optimal solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with different teams to collect requirements on monitoring scope and custom monitoring
  • Provide day-to-day support for L2-L3 level issues related to SCOM
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SCOM
  • Ability to perform administrative tasks from the Operation Manager console
  • Experience in providing application support for the SCOM platform
  • Skills in creating and maintaining monitoring and notification rules
  • Ability to review and update SCOM console security
  • Knowledge of patching and updating processes
