About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing systems data for clients, providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance.

You will be working with some of our biggest clients worldwide, implementing new technology and modernization initiatives. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client systems data and provide timely solutions to ensure seamless operations
  • Oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians to deliver exceptional results
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of talented individuals to gain valuable management and organizational skills
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in system administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Able to manage and influence clients effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking
  • Basic business etiquette and customer-focused approach
  • Second-level support for all incidents and service requests
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good understanding of Group Policies, Active Directory, Domain, peripheral devices, and operating systems
  • Ability to guide and train junior resources on troubleshooting steps and best practices
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft Office 365, and other desktop applications
