Job Title: Tosca Automation Engineer">

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the highest quality standards are met through systematic testing and debugging of software products. As a Tosca Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, modifying, and executing test plans, automated scripts, and programs for testing.

This position involves:

  • Designing and implementing automated and manual test cases for Salesforce CPQ/Salesforce Service cloud applications and related systems.
  • Developing, maintaining, and executing functional, regression, and integration test cases for Salesforce applications.
  • Creating and running automation test scripts using Tosca.
  • Conducting API testing using Tosca, validating request/response behavior across integrations.
  • Actively participating in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and story refinement, contributing QA insights early in the development cycle.
  • Documenting test plans, test cases, and test data sets, ensuring clear traceability to requirements.
  • Identifying, logging, and tracking defects, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to revalidate fixes.
  • Supporting test optimization efforts through reusable components and automation improvements.
  • Providing input on story refinement and sharing QA insights during sprint ceremonies.
  • Applying test design techniques (including positive, negative, and edge case coverage) to improve overall quality outcomes.
  • Validating Salesforce workflows, custom objects, and system integrations across different environments.
  • Collaborating with developers and product teams to identify gaps, clarify requirements, and ensure robust test coverage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3-12 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a balance of both test automation and manual testing.
  • Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment, actively contributing to sprint planning and test-driven development.
  • Strong hands-on automation experience with programming skills.
