Growth marketing is an exciting field that involves finding and leveraging new opportunities to drive business growth. As a growth marketer, you will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with social media influencers on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Find relevant content creators on social media platforms and establish meaningful connections by reaching out to them through personal accounts.
  • Negotiate fair prices and partnership terms with creators, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships that yield high-quality content.
  • Work closely with creators to develop engaging videos showcasing the company's features, analyze audience responses, provide constructive feedback, and guide creators in presenting the company effectively in their content.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Social Media Knowledge:
    • Thorough understanding of how TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube operate.
    • Ability to recognize popular content trends on these platforms.
    • Experience creating short-form videos that resonate with audiences.
  • Effective Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Able to build lasting relationships with creators over time.
    • Comfortable utilizing personal social media accounts to contact creators professionally.
  • Understanding Creators:
    • Knowledge of typical creator fees for content.
    • Ability to negotiate fair deals.
    • Familiarity with creators' needs to produce high-quality content.
