Healthcare Leadership Opportunity

To ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, we are seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional to oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical care services at our healthcare unit.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining patient care protocols and standards that meet all regulatory requirements and promote exceptional patient satisfaction.
  • Providing strategic direction for the clinical operations of medical departments and services, including oversight of reporting and communication of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Leading various committees, such as infection control and ethics committees, to drive best practices in patient care and safety.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide administrative and clinical support for medical audits and quality assurance programs.

We seek a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:

  • MBBS + MHA degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical administration
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
