Program Director Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for program execution, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale programs, including new product introductions, technology deployments, and connected care solutions.
  • Oversee the entire program lifecycle, from planning to delivery, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, encouraging continuous improvement and process standardization.
  • Manage budgets and financials for programs, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with global teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, driving business outcomes through data-informed decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters/Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or related discipline with software experience.
  • 18+ years of overall IT experience, with 10+ years of project management relevant experience in medical devices.
  • Hands-on experience in architecting complex dashboards using Power BI or other tools.
  • PMP/equivalent, CSM, SAFe/RTE, or handling ART experience.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and ProChain scheduling methodologies is beneficial.
  • Well-versed in med tech products/software/R&D, product development, and clinical/regulatory processes (e.g., IEC 60601, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence all customers.
  • Independent thinker with a commercial and operational view of complex situations.
