Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various administrative duties, including data management, project processing, market research, data analysis, finances, and administrative support. Key responsibilities will include:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Data Management: Gather and process research data to inform business decisions.
- Basic Admin Duties: Perform tasks such as printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
- Team Support: Assist and coordinate with the sales team, front office, and other departments as required.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous work experience as an Office Executive or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer operating systems and MS Office software.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms and basic accounting software.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to respond quickly to requests from management.
