About the Role:

We seek an experienced Product/UI/UX Designer to drive design excellence across our digital ecosystem.

This role demands a strategic designer who can translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences while maintaining design system consistency at scale.

  • Lead end-to-end design thinking processes from discovery to delivery
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups using industry-leading tools
  • Execute comprehensive user research including behavioral analysis, journey mapping, and usability testing
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on design handoffs and implementation quality assurance
  • Partner strategically with product and business teams to align design solutions with technical constraints and business objectives
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems with component libraries and design tokens
Essential Skills & Expertise:
  • Expert proficiency in Figma with advanced prototyping, component systems, and collaborative workflows
  • 5+ years applying design thinking methodologies, persona development, and user journey optimization
  • Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 guidelines and inclusive design principles
  • Expertise in responsive design, progressive enhancement, and mobile UX best practices
  • Passion for staying current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to facilitate developer collaboration
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in product design roles in high-growth startups or established tech companies
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design case studies with measurable business impact
  • Optional Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field
  • Background in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or consumer-facing digital products
