  • Recruit and onboard audit staff for the India Assurance practice, ensuring they meet high standards and possess necessary skills and expertise.
  • Develop efficient processes and procedures to facilitate collaboration between the Mumbai office and Plante Moran U.S.-based offices.
  • Closely work with colleagues in the U.S. central standards industry technical audit teams to align processes, methodologies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead technical training programs and development initiatives for Mumbai assurance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, quality, and accountability, and professional growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of US GAAP, PCAOB, and GAAS standards, as well as experience with Benefit Plan Audits and leadership roles in Assurance teams.
