System Engineer Position

Job Description

The successful candidate will assist with the continued growth of our hosting industry by providing expert-level support and troubleshooting services for our VPS/Linux/Windows and Solus/KVM/WHMCS infrastructure.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound Level 2 Support (Live Chat and Tickets)
  • VPS & Dedicated Server Support
  • Handle Migrations/Transfers
  • Help Level 1 Support team with their escalations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Experience working in Hosting world
  • Familiarity with SolusVM Virtualisation platform
  • Understanding of Openstack
  • Knowledge of hosting industry, virtualisation and dedicated servers
  • Experience with WHMCS and KVM
  • Firm understanding of both Linux and Windows
