Job Description:

This role oversees all food and beverage operations, including culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service. It involves managing staff, ensuring high standards of quality, and meeting or exceeding financial targets.

  • Maintains a positive cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations.
  • Utilizes budgets to understand financial objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 4 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Alternatively, a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with 2 years of relevant work experience.

  • Developing and Maintaining Budgets
    • Develops and manages all financial plans and actions for Food and Beverage departments.
  • Leading Food and Beverage Team
    • Manages the Food and Beverage departments (not catering sales).
    • Supervises and manages employees.
  • Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
    • Provides excellent customer service.
    • Responds quickly and proactively to guests' concerns.
