Academic Faculty Position

We seek a highly qualified and experienced academic professional to join our faculty team as an Assistant Professor of Food and Beverage. Key Responsibilities
  1. Lecturing and Curriculum Development: Prepare and deliver lectures on food science, nutrition, and beverage management, and develop curriculum and teaching methodologies that align with industry standards and best practices.
  2. Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on food and beverage-related topics, and disseminate findings through publications, presentations, and other scholarly activities.
  3. Student Advising and Support: Provide guidance and support to students on academic and personal matters, and contribute to their intellectual and personal growth.
  4. Institutional Service: Participate in departmental and institutional service activities, such as committee work, program evaluation, and quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Expertise: Possess expertise in food science, nutrition, and beverage management, including knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Teaching Experience: Have experience in teaching and mentoring students at various levels, including undergraduate and graduate programs.
  • Research Skills: Demonstrate strong research skills, including the ability to design and conduct studies, collect and analyze data, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Educational Qualifications: Hold a Ph.D. or Master's degree in food and beverage, culinary arts, or a related field from a recognized institution.
