Key Responsibilities
  • Leads engineers in designing and developing production facilities and process skids for greenfield and brownfield projects.
  • Interacts with direct reports, team members, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviews ITT documents, prepares technical queries, and interfaces with clients to clarify scope.
  • Carries out FEED verification activity, preliminary sizing calculations, and issues inquiry requisitions.
  • Liaises with projects/planning teams and regional execution centers to establish target completion dates.
  • Assigns and distributes manpower for engineering activities within budgeted project man-hours.
  • Provides inputs for equipment layout, issuance of engineering drawings, and coordination with other engineering disciplines.
  • Reviews vendor drawings, design calculations, and ensures specifications meet client requirements.
  • Coordinates with fabrication contractors, issues installation detail drawings, and provides technical support to construction sites and commissioning engineers.
  • Monitors engineering performance, quality, and provides feedback for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • 10+ years of industry experience, including plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates detailed phases of engineering work.
  • Understanding of industry or regulatory international codes and standards pertinent to the engineering discipline.

Expertise:

  • Experience in executing proposal, FEED, and detail engineering of oil & gas projects.
  • Knowledge of industry processes, LV, MV, and HV systems, MCC, transformers, GEG, GTG, EDG, MTO's, ETAP software, and DIALUX software.
  • Designing of all electrical systems, grounding, lighting, small power, and power distribution arrangements, lightning protection, heat tracing, and cathodic protection.
