Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for construction equipment.

  • Creation and adaptation of various electronics systems in the vehicle (GPRS, Telematics, multi-mode operation, communication strategy between man and machine, vehicle to vehicle and within vehicle) for differentiated product value proposition based on understanding customer needs.
  • Development of electrical parts like lamps, wiring harness, temps, cluster with latest technology and integration at vehicle level.
  • Keeping up-to-date with latest developments in EES systems and incorporating them into vehicles.
  • Designing and developing diagnostic and prognostic tools and strategies.
  • Interfacing with EMS, ABS, telematics, and developing approaches for development in Construction Vehicles.
  • Working with CAD/TC knowledge: CATIA V5 R17/Siemens.
  • Implementing DFM, DFA, DTC, DFMEA, and QC stories.
  • Developing systems for departmental processes to ensure adherence to MPDS (Mahindra Product Development System).
  • Building organization structures for the EES team and developing team members.
  • Liaising internally with various aggregate members for synchronizing priorities and externally with vendors for timely part development.

Requirements:

  • 15-22 years of experience.
  • BE/ME (Electrical and Electronics) degree from an industry-preferred institution.
