Job Title: Electrical Systems Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer to lead our team in designing and developing production facilities and process skids for oil and gas clients.

  • Lead the electrical engineering team and involve in the design and development of production facilities and process skids.
  • Interact and communicate effectively with direct reports, team members, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review ITT documents, prepare technical queries, and interface with clients.
  • Carry out FEED verification activities, issue inquiry requisitions, and review techno-commercial offers from vendors.
  • Prepare scope split matrices, liaise with projects and planning teams, and assign manpower for engineering activities.
  • Provide inputs for equipment layout, organize the issuance of engineering drawings, and coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
  • Review vendor drawings and documents, ensure compliance with client specifications, and manage procurement activities.
  • Interface with construction sites, provide technical support, and monitor engineering performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • 10+ years of industry experience, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating detailed phases of engineering work.
  • Understanding of industry codes and standards pertinent to the electrical discipline.

Expertise in executing proposal, FEED, and detail engineering of oil and gas projects, including knowledge of industry processes, electrical systems, and hazardous classification specifications.
