The role of Senior Electrical Systems Lead is pivotal in driving electrical system and power electronics design activities, defining architecture, and ensuring design and development meets certification standards & requirements.

  • Develop comprehensive electrical systems and power electronics designs.
  • Conduct analysis on new architectures/products using tools like FMECA, simulations, and modeling.
  • Routine reviews of designs/documents/test plans and establish scope for standardization of integration processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of power supply design, power converters, analog & digital control, MOSFETs/GaN devices, gate driver circuitry, transformer/inductor design, etc.

Familiarity with Solar arrays/MPPT/Battery/BMS/Wiring Harness topics would be beneficial.

Experience in component level & system level certification and standards, as well as in Aerospace/Automotive domains, is desirable.

A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Power Electronics or equivalent and 5+ years of experience are required.
