Job Title: Lead Generation Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional with expertise in generating international leads through various tools and strategies, focusing on research and prospecting rather than traditional cold calling.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Generating Quality Leads: Developing targeted strategies and utilizing lead generation tools to identify potential clients in international markets.
  • Prospecting & Research: Utilizing advanced research techniques to identify and connect with the right prospects, requiring deep knowledge of researching and understanding client needs.
  • Tool Proficiency: Demonstrating hands-on experience with lead generation tools such as Email Marketing, Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, and other similar platforms.
  • Lead Nurturing: Engaging with leads via email, phone calls, and other platforms to nurture them and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Strategy Development: Developing, executing, and optimizing lead generation strategies to meet targets and improve results.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently, take ownership of the lead generation process, and report on performance.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in lead generation for IT and Digital Marketing services.
  • Strong experience generating leads for international markets.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, and other similar platforms.
  • Exceptional research skills to identify prospects and generate high-quality leads.
  • The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results without constant supervision.

Bonus points if you have experience in other areas of digital marketing, sales, or content strategy.
