Job Title: Jira Administrator

Description: We are seeking an experienced Jira Administrator to manage and configure our Jira environment, ensuring seamless project tracking and issue management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and custom fields.

Description (continued): You will administer Jira user accounts and groups, ensure integration with tools like PowerBI and Jenkins for reporting and automation, and implement and maintain custom workflows tailored to project needs. Additionally, you will track and manage review cycles using Jira for various stages such as Supervisor Review, SME Review, DRA Review, and Author Rework.

Description (continued):

You will also configure automation rules for notifications, transitions, and field updates, use scripting tools and plugins to enhance Jira functionality, and develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders using Jira and integrated tools. Furthermore, you will provide support to users on Jira usage and best practices, conduct training sessions, and create help documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Mandatory skills include PowerBI, Tableau, UML diagrams, M365 Suites of Products, Design Thinking And Ideation Workshops, Jira Service Desk, and Agile (Value-Driven Delivery).
