Delivery Manager Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging role as a Delivery Manager.

  • The ideal candidate will have 8-11 years of experience in coordinating operations, monitoring workflows and managing resources to ensure timely and accurate operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with teams to deliver cargo efficiently to customers.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations from Customs, IATA, TSA and other governing bodies.
  • Supervise shift managers and their teams; regularly review KPIs and ensure all team members meet expectations in quality, timelines and communication.
  • Identify areas of inefficiency or data integrity issues; develop improvement plans and propose automation, smarter flows and better controls.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with service providers.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with freight forwarding procedures and financials: TSA, CBP, IATA, FMC, BIS.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Commerce, International Trade, Logistics).
  • At least 5 years of industry-related experience with preference to freight forwarding.
  • At least 2 years of team management experience, including managing team leads or shift managers.

You will be responsible for leading, motivating and managing all operations teams; conducting quarterly performance reviews; establishing targets and objectives. Ensure adequate staffing levels and conduct training sessions for team members.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership and people management skills; strong attention to detail; data integrity; customer service mindset; highly motivated and results-driven; and able to handle complex problems and multitask.
