Job Opportunity: Telecom Engineer
">">1) Documentation and Compliance: The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining all necessary technical documentation. This includes ensuring that all work activities are accurately documented in our tracking systems.
">2) Standards and Procedures: The candidate must adhere to the design, programming and application standards set by the company. This includes compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
">3) Maintenance and Support: The successful candidate will develop preventative maintenance programs, disaster recovery plans and redundancy plans. These plans must be maintained and tested regularly.
">4) Issue Resolution: The candidate is expected to take ownership of issues through to resolution.
">5) Incident and Change Management: High level incident and change management skills are required.
">6) Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
">7) Project Handling: The candidate must be able to handle multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
">8) Attention to Detail: A detail-oriented individual capable of working both independently and within a team is required.
