Role Overview

We are seeking a Memory Layout Specialist to develop innovative memory compilers layouts and Fast Cache instances layouts for high-performance cores, driving outstanding performance, power efficiency, and area reduction.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned engineer with expertise in SRAM/memory layouts creation and backend verifications, including EMIR analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CMOS transistor behavior, logic design, and layout principles, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop optimized memory compilers layouts and Fast Cache instances layouts for high-performance cores.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain engineering design tools and scripts to improve productivity and quality.
  • Analyze and optimize circuit layouts for improved performance, power efficiency, and area reduction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SRAM/memory layouts creation and backend verifications, including EMIR analysis.
  • Strong understanding of CMOS transistor behavior, logic design, and layout principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl/Python and familiarity with Cadence or Synopsys flows.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working on complex hardware projects and strong understanding of computer architecture.
  • Familiarity with advanced tools and techniques for circuit design and optimization.
