Procurement Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Project Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement and hypercare projects. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement operations.
  • Lead hands-on experience in procurement operations to ensure smooth deliverables.
  • Manage accounts payable knowledge and ensure timely payments.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder mapping and communication strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end procurement and sourcing of goods and services.
  • Accounts payable management and payment processing.
  • Hands-on experience with procurement operations, preferably with ADO updates and risk management.
  • Project plan development, execution, and monitoring.
  • Resource allocation and planning to meet project objectives.
  • Cutover activities and performance management.
  • Hypercare plan and management to ensure successful project outcomes.
