We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to join our team.

As a key member of our software development lifecycle, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop test strategies, create detailed test plans, write test scripts, execute test cases, and collaborate to deliver high-quality software products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for automation and manual testing.
    • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Selenium or Cypress.
    • Write reusable, scalable, and efficient test scripts to automate functional, regression, and performance tests.
    • Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
    • Conduct detailed manual testing of applications, including exploratory, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
    • Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
    • Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
