Senior Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality in all aspects of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality results on all quality parameters.
- Conduct audits and provide feedback to improve scores for training throughput or conversion.
- Analyze data and create reports to drive process improvement.
- Participate in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring and feedback delivery approach.
- Communicate with stakeholders to heighten awareness and focus on positive customer experience.
- Make recommendations and drive process improvements.
- Reduce learning curve and enhance product/process knowledge of new joiners.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Candidate/Client Interactions using process knowledge and highlighting key areas to work on.
- Prepare and publish Targeted Needs Analysis (TNA) for 100% closure.
- Provide real-time support on the floor as per business requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in handling Quality for Outbound Sales accounts.
- Understanding of Audit & Coaching processes.
- Excellent writing and comprehension skills.
- Extremely good verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical knowledge of English communication - sentence construction, grammar, punctuation, etc.
- Effective Presentation, Feedback, and Coaching skills.
- Hands-on experience in MS Office; preferably in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Customer orientation and Customer Service Attitude.
- Effective problem-solving skills and High energy and enthusiasm.
- Interpersonal skills and Teamwork.
- Ability to handle and analyze data to generate Quantitative and Qualitative analysis.
