Senior Software Quality Assurance Professional

Our company is seeking a detail-oriented software quality assurance professional with expertise in testing, automation, and software quality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of software quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Testing and Validation: Perform automated testing to ensure software quality. Conduct performance, load, and stress tests.
- Test Planning and Strategy: Create test plans and cases based on user stories and specifications.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with developers, product owners, and designers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- CICD Integration: Integrate tests into continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines and ensure test environments are set up correctly.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects. Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Quality Metrics and Reporting: Track key quality metrics and provide regular updates on test results and defect trends.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements and promote best practices in software quality assurance.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with automated testing tools, a proven track record in creating and executing test plans and strategies, and experience in performance, load, and stress testing.
