Main Duties and Responsibilities:

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share in the hospitality industry. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase sales from existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our hotel products, rates, and promotions to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance and customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
