Job Overview

As a seasoned Interior Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, taking complete ownership and responsibility. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they are informed about project progress and activities.

  • Coordinate with manpower agencies to assign the right resources and ensure timely completion of work.
  • Facilitate effective communication and teamwork among all project stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain formal reporting arrangements to track project progress.
  • Engage with design professionals, vendors, and clients while directing installation teams to execute work according to design plans.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure high standards of execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

External Skills and Expertise:

  • Bachelor of Technology (Civil/Architecture) from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
  • Alternate qualifications include B.Tech (Civil/Architecture) + MBA from RICS or NICMAR.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in executing corporate/residential interior fit-out projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to break down complex ideas.
  • Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude for basic project management principles.
  • Extreme attention to detail and a no-compromise attitude towards quality.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel/GSheets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Entrepreneurial zeal and ownership.
