We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Expert in Data Migration for Adopt Enablement. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end execution of data migration activities, ensuring that local requirements are accurately captured and effectively delivered during deployment.

The successful candidate will act as a bridge between the Global Data Migration Expert (GDME) and Data Migration Execution teams, collaborating closely with local business and functional teams. They will be responsible for verifying data transformation tools and outputs, managing DMW load file preparation, and executing DVT scripts. Additionally, they will coordinate defect resolution and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need 10+ years of ERP project implementation experience with strong data migration expertise. You should have proven experience in data migration execution across multi-country, multi-system environments and hands-on knowledge of SAP BODS. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as well as fluency in English with additional languages preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the focal point for assigned data objects in scope for deployment or local data migration projects
  • Collaborate with Business Data Owners, Functional Experts, ETL teams, legacy system teams, and deployment teams to drive migration activities for deployment projects
  • Verify data transformation tools and outputs for deployment wave projects
  • Manage DMW load file preparation and perform initial verification
  • Execute DVT scripts and support defect/hypercare incident resolution for assigned data objects
  • Coordinate defect resolution or escalate to GDMEs as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of ERP project implementation experience with strong data migration expertise
  • Proven experience in data migration execution across multi-country, multi-system environments
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP BODS
  • Strong understanding of GxP and CSV requirements
  • SAP Certified in at least one relevant functional area
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix-based organization
  • Strategic and hands-on mindset with experience running meetings, tracking progress, and managing issues
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English with additional languages preferred
