IT Infrastructure Manager Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless functionality and high levels of performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, and mail servers to maintain network security and integrity.
  • Manage server installation, upgrades, and performance optimization to ensure efficient system operation.
  • Implement and manage virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and VMware) to increase computing power and reduce costs.
  • Evaluate and implement data backup, recovery, and security protocols to safeguard against data loss and cyber threats.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards by implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Provide technical support for network infrastructure to ensure smooth connectivity across the organization.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in ODIN software and its applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of firewall, router, switch, and mail server management.
  • Proficiency in server management and virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware).
  • Familiarity with data backup solutions and disaster recovery processes.
  • Knowledge of IT compliance and security standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented environment.
